An Ordinance Amending City Code Subsection 850.04,
Subdivision 1, Concerning Variance Denials
THE CITY OF EDINA ORDAINS:
Section 1. Subsection 850.04, Subdivision 1, is amended to add the following
paragraph:
L. Denial: No application for a variance which has been denied in whole or in part
shall be resubmitted within twelve (12) months of the date of the order of
denial, except that a new application may be permitted to the same denying
board, if new evidence or a change of circumstances warrant it.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective upon passage.
