AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 850.14
REGARDING MINIMUM LOT AREA FOR AN MDD-6 DISTRICT
The City Of Edina Ordains:
Section 1. Section 850.14, Subdivision 8.A, is hereby amended as follows:
A. Minimum Tract Area. The minimum tract area for subdistrict MDD-5 shall be five acres.
The minimum tract area for subdistrict MDD-6 shall be 40 acres.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect after it adoption and
publication according to law.
Passed and adopted this 18`" day of 2008.
