AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CITY CODE CONCERNING
REGULATION OF EFFICIENCY DWELLING UNITS IN THE PLANNED SENIOR
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
The City Of Edina Ordains:
Section 1. Sub Section 850.13, Subdivision 7 is hereby amended to read as follows:
850.13. Subd. 7 Special Requirements.
C. Efficiency Dwelling Units. Efficiency dwelling units shall be permitted only in
subdistricts PRD-3, and PRD-4, PSR-3, and PSR-4. Not more than ten percent of the
dwelling units per building shall be efficiency dwelling units, in the PRD-3 and PRD-4
districts.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in full force and in effect after its
adoption.
