AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE EDINA CITY CODE
CONCERNING IRRIGATION BANS
THE CITY OF EDINA ORDAINS:
Section 1. Subsection 1115.02 Subd. 5 of the Edina City Coe is amended to provide
as follows:
Subd. 5 EXEMPT PROPERTIES. Upon written request and approval by the
City Manager, or his designee the following properties are authorized to irrigate
at times other than permitted in Subd. 1, 2, 3, and 4 hereof:
1. Nurseries and similar businesses that grow plants, trees or sold for
resale;
2. Publicly Sits owner playfield and parks;
3. Newly sodded or grass seeded areas for a period of fourteen (14)
days.
Section 2. This ordinance is effective immediately upon its passage and publication.

Second Reading: Waived
