AN ORDINANCE AMENDMENT PROHIBITING ROOFTOP
RESTAURANTS IN THE CITY OF EDINA
The City Council Of Edina Ordains:
Section 1. Subsection 850.03 (Definitions) is amended to add the following:
Rooftop Restaurant. A restaurant or any portion of a restaurant open to
customers on the roof covering any part of a building or restaurant.
Section 2. Subsection 850.07 (General Requirements Applicable to all Zoning Districts) is
amended to add the following:
Subd. 24. Rooftop restaurants shall be prohibited in all zoning districts.
Section 3. This ordinance is effective immediately upon its passage and publication.

Second Reading: Waived
