AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE EDINA CITY CODE
CONCERNING CONTROL OF TRAFFIC AND VEHICLES
The City Of Edina Ordains:
Section 1. Subsection 1400.17 of the Edina City Code is amended by adding subdivision 4 to
read:
No unauthorized person shall regulate or attempt to regulate traffic upon the streets
and highways of the city. The Police Chief may approve individuals to direct traffic at
specified location and times subject to such training as the Police Chief determines is
necessary.
Section 3. This ordinance is effective immediately upon its passage and publication.
