AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE EDINA CITY CODE
CONCERNING LIQUOR
THE CITY COUNCIL OF EDINA ORDAINS:
Section 1. Subsection 900.12, Subdivision 7, of the Edina City Code is amended to provide as
follows:
No licensee shall offer prizes, coupons, punch cards,games, or barters that promote the sale or
consumption of alcoholic beverages, or furnish two (2) or more servings of an alcoholic
beverage for the payment of the price regularly charged for one serving of that beverage.
Section 2. This ordinance is effective immediately upon its passage and publication.
