AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2, SECTION2-50
OF THE EDINA CITY CODE CONCERNING ORDER OF BUSINESS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF EDINA ORDAINS:
Section 1. Section 2-50, Order of Business of the Edina City Code is amended to provide as follows:
Each meeting of the council will convene at the appointed time and place. Council business will be
conducted in such order as the council shall determine, from time to time. The order of business may be
varied in the discretion of the presiding officer, but all public hearings will be held at the time specified in the
notice of hearing, or as soon thereafter as is allowed by matters which are prior in the order of business.
Section 2. This ordinance is effective upon adoption.
