AN ORDINANCE REZONING 4500 VALLEY VIEW ROAD FROM
PCD-4 TO PCD-I, PLANNED COMMECIAL DISTRICT
The City Of Edina Ordains:
Section I.
The subject property is hereby rezoned from PCD-4, Planned Commercial District to PCD-1,
Planned Commercial District based on the following findings:
I. The proposed land uses are consistent with the Comprehensive Plan.
2. The rezoning criteria per Section 36-216 of the City Code is found to be met.
3. The proposed remodeled and expanded building will enhance the character of the
neighborhood, as it is a vast improvement to the existing structure.
Section 2.
The subject property is legally described as follows:
Lot 11, Block I, Valley View Terrace 3rd Addition
Section 3.
The official zoning map of the City of Edina referred to and described in Section 36.402 of the
Edina City Code shall not be republished to show the aforesaid rezoning, but the zoning map on
file in the City Clerk's office shall be appropriately marked for the purpose of indicating the
rezoning provided for in this ordinance.
Section 4.
This ordinance is effective immediately upon its passage and publication.
