ORDINANCE NO. 850-A3
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE (NO. 850)
BY ADDING TO THE DOUBLE DWELLING UNIT DISTRICT (R-2)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDINA, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS:
Section 1. Subsection 850.06 of Section 850 of the Edina City Code is amended
by adding the following thereto:
"The extent of the Double Dwelling Unit District is enlarged by the addition of
the following property:
Lot 9, Block 1, South Harriet Park 2nd Addition."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage and
publication.
First Reading: July 19, 1993
Second Reading: August 2, 1993
