ORDINANCE NO. 850-A5
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE (NO. 850)
BY REZONING PROPERTY TO PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (PCD-3)
FROM PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (PCD-4)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDINA, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS:
Section 1. Subsection 850.06 of Section 850 of the Edina City Code is amended by
adding the following thereto:
'The extent of the Planned Commercial District (PCD-3) is enlarged by the addition
of the following property:
Tract H, Registered Land Survey No. 0629, Files of Registrar of Titles,
Hennepin County.
The extent of the Planned Commercial district (PCD-4) is reduced by removing the
property described above from the PCD-4 District".
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage and
publication.
First Reading: September 7, 1994
Second Reading: September 19, 1994
