Subsection 850.06 of Section 850 of the Edina City Code is amended by adding the following thereto: 'The extent of the Planned Commercial District (PCD-3) is enlarged by the addition of the following property: Tract H, Registered Land Survey No. 0629, Files of Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County. The extent of the Planned Commercial district (PCD-4) is reduced by removing the property described above from the PCD-4 District". Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage and publication.
