HomeMy WebLinkAbout850-A07 R-1 to PCD-3- Jerry'e Ent./Welsh Co. 6716m 6720 & 6724 York Ave. Cub Foods/Edina Liquor Store York Avenue ORDINANCE NO. 850-A7 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE (NO. 850) BY REZONING PROPERTY TO PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (PCD-3) FROM SINGLE DWELLING DISTRICT (R-1) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDINA, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS: Section 1. Subsection 850.06 of Section 850 of the Edina City Code is amended by adding the following thereto: "The extent of the Planned Commercial District (PCD-3) is enlarged by the addition of the following property: Lots 5, 6 and 7, YORK TERRACE The extent of the Single Dwelling District (R-1) is reduced by removing the property described above from the R-1 District." Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage and publication.
