HomeMy WebLinkAbout850-A10 PRD-3 to PRD-4 Hans Kuhlman, 5120 & 5124 France Ave. S ORDINANCE NO. 850-A10 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE (NO. 850) BY REZONING PROPERTY TO PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT 4(PRD-4) FROM PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT 3(PRD-3) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDINA, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS: Section 1. Subsection 850.06 of Section 850 of the Edina City Code is amended by adding the following thereto: "The extent of the Planned Residential District (PRD-4) is enlarged by the addition of the following property: 5120 and 5124 France Avenue South The extent of the Planned Residential District (PRD-3) is reduced by removing the property described above from the Planned Residential District PRD-3. Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage and publication.
