HomeMy WebLinkAbout850-A11 PID to R-1, 5529 Eden Ave. City of Edina Kunz/Lewis Property ORDINANCE NO. 850-A11 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE (NO. 850) BY REZONING PROPERTY TO SINGLE DWELLING UNIT DISTRICT R-1 FROM PLANNED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDINA, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS: Section 1. Subsection 850.06 of Section 850 of the Edina City Code is amended by adding the following thereto: "The extent of the Single Dwelling Unit District R-1, is enlarged by the addition of the following property: Parcel 1: That portion of Lot One, Block One, WANNER ADDITION, also know as 5229 Eden Circle. The extent of the Planned Industrial District PID is reduced by removing the property described above as Parcel 1 the PID District." Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage and publication.
