HomeMy WebLinkAbout850-A15 POD to APD Mavelle Drive-Room and Board ORDINANCE NO. 850-A15 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE (NO. 850) BY REZONING PROPERTY TO AUTOMOBILE PARKING DISTRICT (APD) FROM PLANNED OFFICE DISTRICT (POD) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDINA, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS: Section 1. Subsection 850.06 of Section 850 of the Edina City Code is amended by adding the following thereto: "The extent of the Automobile Parking District (APD) is enlarged by the addition of the following property: Lot 1 Block 1, STOW'S EDGEMOOR ADDITION, BLOCK 9, REPLAT, according to the recorded plat thereof, except that part thereof, lying East of a line parallel with and 50 feet Westerly of the East line of Section 31, Township 28, Range 24. The extent of the Planned Office District (POD) is reduced by removing the property described above from the Planned Office District." Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage and publication. Passed and adopted this 22nd day of September, 1998. Attest: Debra A. Mangen Glenn L.
