ORDINANCE NO. 850-A16
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE(NO.850)
BY REZONING PROPERTY TO
PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (PCD)
FROM SINGLE DWELLING DISTRICT (R-1)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDINA, MINNESOTA,ORDAINS:
Section 1. Subsection 850.06 of Section 850 of the Edina City Code is amended by
adding the following thereto:
"The extent of the Planned Commercial District (PCD-1) is enlarged by the
addition of the following property:
Tracts A & B, Registered Land Survey No. 1378
The extent of the Single Dwelling District (R-1) is reduced by removing the
property described above from the Planned Office District."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full. force and effect upon its passage and
publication,
