AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE (NO. 850)
BY REZONING PROPERTY TO
PLANNED RESIDENCE DISTRICT-4
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDINA,MINNESOTA,ORDAINS:
Section 1.Subsection 850.06 of Section 850 of the Edina City Code is amended by adding
the following thereto:
The extent of the Planned Residence District 4,PRD-4 is enlarged by the addition of the
following described property:
That part of Lot 1, Block 1, METRAM IST ADDITION, embraced within
Lot 15, Block 1, EDINA INTERCHANGE CENTER THIRD
ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
and
That part of Lot 1, Block 1, METRAM IST ADDITION, according to the
recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying easterly of the
east line of Lot 15, Block 1, EDINA INTERCHANGE CENTER THIRD
ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
The extent of the Planned Residence District 3 PRD-3 is reduced by removing the
property described above.
Section 2. Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon adoption
and publication according to the law.
