ORDINANCE NO. 1996-4
AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATE THE GRANTING OF FRANCHISES TO OPERATE AND MAINTAIN A
CABLE SYSTEM IN THE CITY; SETTING FORTH CONDITIONS ACCOMPANYING THE GRANT OF
FRANCHISE; PROVIDING FOR REGULATION AND USE OF THE SYSTEM; AND PRESCRIBING
PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION OF ITS PROVISION
