Dr. Lowell EL Campbell, Village Health Officer, filed verbal report with the Council to the effect that inspection had been made of the cesspools reported by Nr. Petrie of 4500 Brookside Avenue; that these cesspools constituted no health mance, Council. at 5754 and 5904 Wooddale Avenue would be a storm sewer project by the Village. Dr, Campbell read copy of letter written by Ilr. R. J. Palen, reporting insanitary condition on the premises of Edina Auto Livery at 62nd and Wooddale. recommended that ma Auto Livery be giventwo veeks to clean up this condition. Dr. Campbell was requested fo file written report with the Dr. Campbell. stated that he believed the only help for the condition Dr. Campbell Phillip Bailey was instructed to remove debris dumped by the Village crew on these premises. Ben 14. Parks stated that he and &. Hansen were willing to go along with what their friends wanted, regarding this proposition. Mr. Dolliff spoke again, asking the Council that the straightening of the horseshoe curve, and the vacation of Cherry Lane be considred by the Council as two separate projects.
