CITY OF EDINA4801 WEST 50TH STREETEDINA, MINNESOTA 55424NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON VACATION OF PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT IN THE CITY OF EDINA HENNEPIN COUNTY MINNESOTANOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Edina, Minnesota will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 21, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. in the Coun-cil Chambers at 4801 West 50th Street to consider the requested vacation of the following public right-of-way easement:PROPOSED DESCRIPTIONBETWEEN LOTS 1 & 2That part of the 10 foot wide drainage and utility easement cen-tered on the common lot line be-tween Lots 1 & 2, Block I, Warner Estates which lies westerly of the east 5 feet of said Lots 1 & 2 and southeasterly of the northwesterly 10 feet of said Lots I and 2.BETWEEN LOTS 2 & 3That part of the 10 foot wide drainage and utility easement cen-tered on the common lot line be-tween Lots 2 & 3, Block 1, Warner Estates which lies westerly of the easterly and southeasterly 5 feet of said Lots 2 & 3 and easterly of the westerly 10 feet of said Lots 2 & 3.All persons who desire to be heard with respect to the question of whether the above proposed street right of way and utility and drainage vacation is in the public interest and should be made shall be heard at said time and place.
