BETWEEN LOTS 2 & 3 That part of the 10 foot wide drainage and utility easement cen- tered on the common lot line be- tween Lots 2 & 3, Block 1, Warner Estates which lies westerly of the easterly and southeasterly 5 feet of said Lots 2 & 3 and easterly of the westerly 10 feet of said Lots 2 & 3.
