Nayor Erickson then announced Public-Hearing on the Edina Planning Commission's
recommendation for Permit to Subdivide Lots in Normandale Addition, Clerk Bank

The only objection to the plan was that of Mr. L.N.R. Itiller, who stated he
thought dwellings would be'too close together if t'his plan were adopted.

transferring title to part of each lot. Nayor Erickson eqlained that- this plan
is not to require the subdivision of lots, but to enable the otmers of the
various lots to subdivide in the manner prescribed, if they wish to do so,
without the necessity of applying to the Council and holding Public Hearing
in order to secure a permit. Discussion was had of the plan, and Bank offered

Ifanager Mitchell reported that surveys have now been completed and estimate of
cost made for the proposed W.6Ot"n Street Stom Sewer. His estimate of cost was

cost of sewer.- 2.k. Kitehell recommended that Public Hearing be held on this
proposed improvement as of Monday, July 13, 1953.

Clerk is hereby directed to cause notice of the tine, place and purpose of said
