• AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE EDINA CITY CODE
CONCERNING DANGEROUS DOGS
THE CITY OF EDINA ORDAINS:
Section 1. Section 300.17 Subd. 6(C) of the Edina City Code is amended to provide as follows:
The Police Chief may declare a dangerous dog under M.S. 347. Said declaration may be
appealed to the City Council for a public hearing. Dangerous dogs must be registered
with the City and a registration fee must be paid as set forth in Section 185 Schedule A
of the Code.
Section 2. This ordinance is effective immediately upon its passage and publication.
