NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Edina,Hennepin County,State of Minnesota,
will hold a public hearing on October 16,2018,at approximately 7:00 P.M.at the Edina City Council Chambers
in City Hall,4801 W 50th St,Edina,Minnesota,relating to the Edina Housing and Redevelopment Authority's
(the"HRA")proposed adoption of a Modification to the Redevelopment Plan for the Southeast Edina Rede-
velopment Project Area(the"Redevelopment Plan Modification"),the proposed establishment of the 44th and
France 2 Tax Increment Financing District(a renewal and renovation tax increment financing district)within the
Southeast Edina Redevelopment Project Area,and the proposed adoption of a Tax Increment Financing Plan
(the"TIF Plan")therefor(collectively,the"Plans"), pursuant to Minnesota Statutes,469.001 to 469.047 and
Sections 469.174 to 469.1794,all inclusive,as amended.Copies of the Plans are on file and available for public
inspection at the office of the HRA Executive Director at City Hall.
The property to be included in the 44th and France 2 Tax Increment Financing District is located within the
Southeast Edina Redevelopment Project Area and the City of Edina.A map of the Southeast Edina Redevelop-
ment Project Area and the 44th and France 2 Tax Increment Financing District therein is set forth below.Subject
to certain limitations,tax increment from the 44th and France 2 Tax Increment Financing District may be spent
on eligible uses within the boundaries of the Southeast Edina Redevelopment Project Area.
