Below is a list of topics suggested by the Edina Housing Foundation (EHF) that could be discussed during the
joint work session.
1. Proposed quarterly meetings by HRA & EHF
2. Process for EHF to provide feedback on proposed residential developments
3. Housing Policy Goals and Objectives
EHF's role in reviewing and commenting on the Comprehensive Plan
T he HRA's preference for EHF's work plan, e.g., rental housing licensing, tenant protection policy,
Housing Choice Voucher (section 8) policy
Uses of affordable housing funds and process for awarding financing, e.g. Southdale 2 TIF Pooling
4. Amundson Update
5. New board member selection process
