(5iiGLJ Village Clerk XCNUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE EDINA BOARD OF REVIEW, HELD TKURSDAY, JULY 14, 1960 , AT 5:OO P.M., AT THE VILLAGE HALL. Neeting was convened at 5:OO P.M., with Village Trustees Beim, Tupa and VanValken- burg acting as the Board of Review. Mr. Beim presided. Clerk presented Affidavits of Publication and Posting of "Notice of Public Hearing", .which affidavits were approved as to form and ordered placed on file. Village Assessor Kearns presented his Books of Valuation, stating that while each Valuation has been entered therein, the Books are not yet totalled for a sunrmary of valuations. Nr. Wayne Johnson, Assistant County Supervisor of Assessments was present to explain to the Board the terms "Ruralf' 'and "All Other"; 'fAgricultural'~ and "Non-Agriculture"; and asking, particularly that the Board review the "Rural" classification in Edina. No one appeared before the Board who considered himself aggrieved by the assessment, or who complained that the property of another is assessed too low; and, upon Mr. Johnson's statement that the meeting may be adjourned for not more than twenty days, Tupa moved for adjournment to Wednesday, August 3, 1960, at 5:OO P.M.
