STREET INPROVlBENT NO. 6-758 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Council of the Village of Edina will (D) f 50 I meet at the Edina Village Hall on Monday, August 21, 1961 at 7200 o'clock P.M. to hear and pass-upon all objections, if any, to the proposed assessment for the above improvement. Clerk and open to public inspection. This assessment is now on file in the office of the Village STBEET IMPROVEMENT NO, 0-75A - Oil stabilized base in: Richwood Drive; Sherwood Road from Richwood Drive to Highway No. 169; Edenmoor St. from Sherwood Rd. to Richwood Dr. The area proposed to be assessed for the cost of the above improvement includes all lots and tracts of land abutting the streets improved. Assessments for Street Improvement No. 0-75A will be payable in three equal consecutive annual installments over a period of three years with first year payable with taxes for the year 1961 payable in 1962, with interest on the entire assessment at the rate of 5% per annum from the date of the resolution levying the assessment to December 31, 1962. interest at the same rate for one year on all unpaid installments. eensee The owner of any property assessed for the above improvement may pay the whole of the assessment without interest to the Village Treasurer on or before November 30, 1961, or make payment with accrued interest to the County Treasurer. Beim moved for payment of the following Claims, as per Pre-List . dated July 24, 1961: General Fund, $16,986.61; Construction Fund, $153,923.65; Park, Park Construction and Swim Pool, $3,830.32; Water Fund, $33,689.97; Liquor Fund, $61,373.65; Sewer Rental Fund, $240.90; Improvement Funds, $780.00; P.I.R. Fund, $5.91--Total, $270,831.01. Motion was seconded by Tupa and carried. Village Assessor Kearns . No one appeared before the Board requesting explanation of his assessment, or for any other zeason. I Assessor Kearns presented completed Books of Valuation, totalling $2,482,963 in Personal Property; $25,222,203 in Real Estate. Tupa moved for Board approval of Books of Valuation as they now stand. seconded by Beim and carried. Review was made of books; and Motion Beim moved for adjournment. Motion seconded'by Tupa and carried. Meeting adjourned at 5:30 P.M.
