DECEMBER 11, 1961 UGULAR MEETING OF THE

DECEMBER 28, 1961, AT 5:OO P.M., AT THE
EDINA VILLAGE HALL
Ilembers answering Rollcall were Beim, VanValkenburg and Dickson.
appointed Acting Mayor and presided in Mayor Bredesen' s absence.
Beim was
Manager Hyde acted as-Clerk in the absence of the Clerk.
Dickson's motion for payment of the following Claims, as per Pre-List dated
December 28, 1961, was seconded by VanValkenburg and carried: -
General Fund, $49,013.30; Const&ction Fund, $284,065.67; Park, Park Construction,
Rental Fund, $1,436.01; Poor and P.I.R. Funds, $66,792.89--Total $467,357.51. , and Swim P001;$8,588.74; Waterworks Fund, $2,190.41; Liquor Fund, $55,270.49; Sewer -
. MANAGER'S SALARY INCREASED. VanValkenburgfs motion confirming informal action of
the Council, increasing Manager's Salary $600 per Fear4 effective January 1, 1962,
was seconded by Dickson and carried.
HOUSE IIOVING ON VINDSOR was briefly reported on by Mr. Hyde.
TRANSFER OF FUNDS APPROVED.
Dalen, Dickson moved for transfer of $900 from Recreation account to Park
Administration account.
Mayor Bredesen arrived at meeting at this time.
No action taken.
Pursuant to a recommendation by Finance Director
Motion seconded by VanValkenburg and carried.
Dickson's motion for adjournment was seconded by VanValkenburg and carried..
