Chapter 36,Article VIII,Division 4 is hereby amended to add the following: Sec.36-507 Planned Unit Development District-14(PUD-14) (a)Legal description: See attached Exhibit A (b)Approved Plans.Incorporated herein by reference are the rede- velopment plans, including the master development plan for the site received by the City on October 1,2018 except as amended by City Council Resolution No.2018-104 on file in the Office of the Planning Department. (c)Principal Uses: All uses allowed in the PCD-3 Zoning District Multi-family Apartments/Condos. (d)Accessory Uses: All accessory uses allowed in the PCD-3 Zoning District. (e)Conditional Uses: All conditional uses allowed in the PCD-3 Zoning District. (f) Development Standards. In addition to the development stan- dards per the PCD-3 Zoning District,the following shall apply: Required Building Setbacks Podium Tower Front-Hazelton Road 45 feet 70 feet Side-East 10 feet 30 feet Side-West 15 feet 70 feet Rear-North 15 feet 15 feet Building Height 19 stories and 220 feet Maximum Floor Area Ratio FAR 7.0% Parking Stalls 270 stalls enclosed Parking Stall Size 8.5 x 18' Drive Aisle Width 24 feet (g)Signs shall be regulated per the PRD Zoning District.
