Council Members Rixe, Tupa and VanValkenburg acted as the Board of Review, with
VanValkenburg presiding. Village Assessor, Donald Kearns , submitted the Record
of Valuations for the Year 1965.

The meeting was convened promptly at 5:OO P.M. , pursuant to "Notice of Board of
Review' Meeting" published in Edina-Morningside Courier on June 24 and July 1,
1965, and posted on Village Bulletin Boards on June 14, 1965.

Mr. Kearns presented present property valuations and stated that Real Estate
values were assessed at $35,230,000 and Personal Property values were assessed
at $2,425,000 with a total assessed valuation of $37,655,000, showing an increase
of approximately $1,720,000.
