NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council(the"Council")of the City of Edina,Hennepin County,State
of Minnesota(the"City"),will hold a public hearing on November 20,2018,at approximately 7:00 P.M.at the
Edina City Council Chambers in City Hall,4801 W 50th St,Edina,Minnesota,relating to the Edina Housing and
Redevelopment Authority's(the"HRA")proposed:(1)adoption of a Modification to the Redevelopment Plan for
Southeast Edina Redevelopment Project Area;(2)adoption of a Modification to the Southdale 2 Tax Increment
Financing("TIF")District; (3)t establishment of the West 76th Street TIF District(a housing TIF district)within
the Southeast Edina Redevelopment Project Area;and(4)adoption of a Tax Increment Financing Plan(the"TIF
Plan")for the West 76th Street TIF District(collectively,the"Plans"),pursuant to Minnesota Statutes,469.001
to 469.047 and Sections 469.174 to 469.1794,all inclusive,as amended,and Minnesota Session Laws-2017,
1st Special Session,Chapter 1-HF No.1,Article 6,Sec.16. Copies of the Plans are on file and available for
public inspection at the office of the HRA Executive Director at City Hall.
The property to be included in the West 76th Street TIF District is located within the Southeast Edina Rede-
velopment Project Area and the City. A map of the Southeast Edina Redevelopment Project Area and the West
76th Street TIF District therein is set forth below. Subject to certain limitations,tax increment from the West
76th Street TIF District may be spent on eligible uses within the boundaries of the Southeast Edina Redevelop-
ment Project Area.
