NEIGHBORHOOD ROADWAY RECONSTRUCTION
IMPROVEMENT NO. BA-455
The Edina City Council will meet at the Edina City Hall on Monday,
December 10, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following proposed
improvements to be constructed under the authority granted by Minne-
sota Statutes, Chapter 429.
Indian Hills C Estimated Total Assessment Cost
Neighborhood Roadway $179,550.00
The area proposed to be assessed by the proposed improvements
includes all properties between and including:
6608 to 6632 Gleason Terrace and 6200 to 6216 St Albans Circle
These properties are proposed to be assessed at approximately
$13,300.00 per residential equivalent unit.
Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed
improvement will be heard at this meeting.
