NEIGHBORHOOD ROADWAY RECONSTRUCTION
IMPROVEMENT NO. BA-454
The Edina City Council wit meet at the Edina City Hall on Monday,
December 10, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following proposed
improvements to be constructed under the authority granted by Minne-
sota Statutes, Chapter 429.
Todd Park E Estimated Total Assessment Cost
Neighborhood Roadway $58,500.00
The area proposed to be assessed by the proposed improvements
includes all properties between and including:
4373 and 4375 Brookside Terrace; 5107, 5120 and 5139
West 44th Street; and 5131 and 5135 Motor Street
These properties are proposed to be assessed at approximately
$11,700.00 per residential equivalent unit.
Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed
improvement will be heard at this meeting.
