NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
INDIAN TRAILS B & C NEIGHBORHOOD
ROADWAY RECONSTRUCTION
IMPROVEMENT NO. BA-452
The Edina City Council will meet at the Edina City Hall on Monday,
December 10, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following proposed
improvements to be constructed under the authority granted by Minne-
sota Statutes, Chapter 429.
Indian Trails B & C Estimated Total Assessment Cost
Neighborhood Roadway $1,372,956.00
The area proposed to be assessed by the proposed improvements
includes all properties between and including:
6800 to 7028 Sally Lane, 6800 to 6921 Paiute Drive, 6604 to 6625
Paiute Pass, 7142 Valley View Road, 7005 to 7033 Comanche Court,
6500 to 6509 Shawnee Circle, 6908 and 6912 Dakota Trail,
1 to 16 Overholt Pass, and 14 to 42 Bello Drive
These properties are proposed to be assessed at approximately
$15,600.00 per residential equivalent unit.
Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed
improvement wit be heard at this meeting.
