CHOWEN PARK A & B
NEIGHBORHOOD ROADWAY AND
ALLEY RECONSTRUCTION
IMPROVEMENT NO. BA-451 AND A-279
The Edina City Council will meet at the Edina City Hall on Monday,
December 10, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following proposed
improvements to be constructed under the authority granted by Minne-
sota Statutes, Chapter 429.
Chowen Park A & B Estimated Total Roadway Assessment Cost
Neighborhood Roadway $2,412,000.00
Estimated Total Alley Assessment Cost
$217,000.00
The area proposed to be assessed by the proposed roadway im-
provement includes all properties between and including:
5800 to 5945 Ewing Avenue, 5800 to 5933 Drew Avenue, 5800 to
5933 Chowen Avenue, 5800 to 5936 Beard Avenue, 5800 to 5933 Ab-
bott Avenue, 5800 to 5933 Zenith Avenue, 5800 to 5933 York Avenue,
5848 and 5900 Xerxes Avenue, and 3116 to 3808 West 60th Street
These properties are proposed to be assessed at approximately
$9,000.00 per residential equivalent unit.
The area proposed to be assessed by the proposed alley improve-
ment includes all properties between and including:
5901 to 5933 Abbott Avenue, 5900 to 5933 Zenith Avenue, 5829 to
5933 York Avenue, 5828 to 5932 Xerxes Avenue, and 3100 to 3316 West
60th Street
These properties are proposed to be assessed at approximately
$3,500.00 per residential equivalent unit.
Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the proposed
improvement will be heard at this meeting.
