THE YEAR 1969, AND ESTABLISHING TAX LEVY FOR THE YEAR
1968, PAYABU IN 1969
THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF EDINA, MINNESOTA, DOES ORDAIN AS EOLLOWS:
Section 1.
hereby adopted as hereinafter set forth; and funds are hereby appropriated therefor;

BIDS AWARDED FOR ORNMNTAL LIGHTING IMPROVEMENT L-5. Mr. Hyde recalled to Council
that the award of bids for Ornamental Lighting Improvement L-5 Fad been continued
pending adoption of the 1969 Budget. He reviewed bids received on August 23, 1968,
which shoved Lee Electric Company low bidder at $83,200.00, Collins Electric Company . at $85,038.00, Lehn Electric at $85,210.00 and Hoffman Electric of Hinneapolis, Inc,
at $88,264'.00, Estimate presented at Public Hearing was $51,945.00. Councilman
VanValkenburg's motion that the Village participate in the cost of the improvement
from General Funds and for award to Lee Electric Company, recommended low bidder,
was seconded by Councilman Johnson and carried.
Councilman Courtney's motion for adjournment was then seconded by Councilman Shaw
and carried, Adjournment at 6:45 p.m.
