MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE EDINA BOARD
OF REVIEW, HELD TUESDAY, JULY 15, 1969,
AT 4:OO P.M., AT EDINA VILLAGE HALL
Councilmen Courtney, Johnson, 'Shaw, VanValkenburg and Mayor Bredesen acted
as the Board of Review.
Office was also present.

The meeting was convened at 4:OO p.m., pursuant to "Notice of Board of Review
Meeting" published in the Edina Sun on July 3 and 10, 1969, and posted on
Village Bulletin Boards on July 3, 1969.
Mr. Kearns presented present estimated property valuations of $56,660,797,
an estimated gain of $3,075,359 over 1968. He estimated personal property
valuations at $2,750,000 plus exemptions, with an estimated gain of $400,000
over 1968. 8
No persons appearing to register complaints, Councilman VanValkenburg's
motion that valuations for the year 1969 be approved as presented by the
Village Assessor was seconded by Councilman VanValkenburg and carried.
