THE EDINA PLANNING COM-
MISSION will meet at the Edina City
Hall, Council Chambers, 4801 West
50th Street, on Wednesday, Febru-
ary 13, 2019, at 7:00 PM, and
THE EDINA CITY COUNCIL will
meet at the Edina City Hall, Council
Chambers, 4801 West 50th Street,
on Wednesday, February 20, 2019,
at 7:00 PM, and will at said time
and place consider the following:
Zoning Ordinance Amend-
ment.
Zoning Ordinance Amendment
to revise the Overall Development
Plan for Pentagon Park South and
Final Site Plan Approval for Phase I.
The change would increase the size
of one of the hotels from a four-sto-
ry 193 room hotel to a five -story
235 room hotel, and would allow
construction of the 2-story office
retail building in Phase I.
All recommendations and objec-
tions will be heard at said meeting.
