SPLIT LIQUOR ELECTION, HELD TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 4, 1975
The meeting convened on Thursday, February 6, 1975, at 5:OO p.m., at the Edina
City Hall.
Findings of the appointed Canvassing Board were inspected and compared with the
returns of the Election Judges. It was then moved, seconded and carried unani- *
mously ,that the returns of the Special Election on Split Liquor, held .in the City
of Edina on February 4, 1975, be certified as follows:.

SPECIAI; ELECTION ON SPLIT LIQUOR
SPLIT LIQUOR QUESTION - Shall the City of Edina, Minnesota, be authorized to
issue "on-sale" liquor licenses to a private person or persons for the sale of
intoxicating liquors in conjunction with a hotel or restaurant as defined in
Minnesota Statutes, Section 340.07? *-
SUNDAY LIQUOR QUESTION - Shall the City of Edina, Minnesota, be authorized to
issue licenses to sell intoxicating liquors between the hours of 12 o'clock noon
and 12 oJclock midnight on Sundays, in conjunction with the serving of food to
establishments to which "on-sale" licenses have been or may hereafter be issued
for the sale of intoxicating liquors, which are hotels, restaurants or clubs as
defined in Minnesota Statutes Section 340.07, and which have facilities for sen-
ing not less than 30 guests at one time?
