Council Members Courtney, Kichards , Schmidt, Sliaw and Xayor Van Vdlcenburg served
as the Board of Review €or the meeting continued from June 18, 1975.
Nr. Nilbur J. Berg, 6409 Cherokee Trail, objected to his 1975 market value, stat-
icg that the house should be valued at $80,005.
.receipt of Mr. Berg's letter of June 24, 1975, the house had again Seen inspected
by the assessing staff 2nd now recommends revision of the 1975 market value &to
$83,000, based on errors mentioned in Mr. Berg's letter. Councilman Courtmy's
notion accepting the revised 1975 market value of $83,000 was seconded by Council-
man Shaw and on rollcall there were five ayes and no nays and the motion carried.

Motion of Councilman Courtney was seconded by Couiicilman Shaw and carried that the
Board accept the 1975 market values above listed as recommended by the Assessor.
The Board reviewed the adjusted values of the Assessor of persons who had appenred
in person at previous meetings, whereupon Councilman Courtney's motion was sec-
onded by Councilman Shaw and carried, accepting the following revised recommenda-
tions of the Assessor:
