The meeting coilvened on Thursday, November 4, 1976, at 4:30 p.m., at the Edina
City Hall. Findings of the appointed Canvassing Board were inspected and com-
pared with the returns of the Election Judges.

November 2, 1976, be certified as follows, with the two candidates receiving the
