READING. Nr. Rosland presented The Habitat for final plat approval and for
R-2 Multiple Residential District Zoning, recalling that all conditions established
by the Council on Jcly 16, 1979, had been met. Mr. Rudy Trones, one of the dev-
elopers, objected to the $16,000 subdivision dedication fee required for the plat,
contending that the property had been purchased in March, 1979, for $175,000.
City Assessor Ralph Johnson said that--t.ke increased valuation is based on the
fact that the prGperty is now piatted and, therefore, is mre valuable. No
further discussion being heard, Councilman Courtney offered the following resolu-
tion and moved its adoptfon:
