Courtney, Richards and Schmidt.

Police Chief Swanson discussed a proposed resolution that would cite Edina's
opposition to Helinepin County's intended fees for jail services. He advised
that the resolution was a model resolution proposed by the Hennepin County
Chiefs of Police Association. Council took no action on the matter.

Mr. Rosland reviewed the plans for City Hall remodeling and presented labor
cost cornparisions for the bids submitted.
