MINUTES OF THE CONTINUED MEETING OF THE-
EDINA BOARD OF REVIEW
HELD MONDAY, JUNE 14, 1982 AT 5:OO P.M.
Answering rollcall for the continued meeting of the Board of Review were Members
Bredesen, Richards, Turner and Mayor Courtney.
Mr. Steve Reynolds, 4516 Brookside Av., appeared and spoke in support of his
letter submitted at the-May 27th meeting in which he requested the'Board to I
reccjnsider the '$69 , 400 estimated market value of the property and stated that
$62,000 is a more realistic representation of expected market value.
No one further appearing personally, Assessor Johnson advised that owners of the
following properties had submitted letters objecting to t>eir estimated market
values and had requested the Board's review; and further that copies of the
letters had been delivered to the Board Members' homes on June 10, lq82, for
their review prior to this meeting:

due to previous court cases and lack of zoning. The Board took no action but
agreed to review these properties for next year,
No further objections being heard by. the Board, Member Richard's motion was
seconded by Member Turner, approving reduction of the following properties as
