No further business appearing, Mayor Courtney declared the meeting adjourned at 7:50 p.m. -3?4%, LLL Acting City Clerk MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE EDINA CITY COUNCIL HELD AT CITY HALL MARCH 7, 1983 The Edina City Council held a closed meeting regarding current litigation at the close of the Regular Council Meeting of March 7, 1983. Present were Members Bredesen, Richards, Schmidt, Turner and Mayor Courtney. Also present were the City Manager, Assistant City Manager, City Attorney, City Planner and Administrative Assistant. Following discussion on the merits and potentials of the Klein vs. City of Edina suit, it was moved by Member Schmidt and seconded by Member Turner to direct the City Attorney to explore avenues for possible settlement of the suit.
