City Manager Rosland presented the proposed Budget for 1984, explaining that the proposed budget reflects an increase over last year’s budget of 8.8%. Council reviewed proposed 1984 budget expenditures for Commissions and Special Projects and heard testimony from Jeff TJorkinger, member of the Human Relations Commission, from Steve Lepinski, Director of Storefront/Youth Action, and from Russ Stricker, Executive Director of South Hennepin Human Services Council as to the budget request for these agencies.
