Red River Kitchen Now Open at Braemar Golf Course
Edina, Minn., Aug. 14, 2018 – The much-anticipated Red River Kitchen at Braemar is now open for dinner
4 to 9 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday in the Braemar Golf Course Clubhouse at 6364 John Harris Drive, with
expanded lunch hours to follow in the coming weeks.
Restauranteur Matty O’Reilly is the visionary behind the operation who is also responsible for Republic at
Seven Corners, Spring Cafe at Como Lake Pavilion and increasingly popular Bar Brigade in St. Paul.
Red River Kitchen at Braemar will focus on classic American dishes with a modern twist. It has indoor and
outdoor seating overlooking the picturesque Championship 18 Golf Course, set to open Spring of 2019.
Things you can expect to see on the menu include everything from salads, burgers and tacos to kimchee rice
bowls. They also boast an impressive list of craft beer and draft cocktails.
“We’re excited to welcome Red River Kitchen into the City of Edina and know they will help us make
Braemar Golf Course a destination for the area, as well as the region,” said Braemar Golf Course General
Manager Joe Abood.
Red River Kitchen will also manage the banquet space at the golf course as the exclusive caterer, hosting
weddings as well as corporate meetings and events.
