BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Edina, Minnesota, as follows: James B. Hovland,
Mayor and John C. Wallin, Finance Director are hereby appointed to serve as Municipal Trustees of the
Edina Firefighters Relief Association Board of Trustees for the year 2012 or until their successor have
been appointed.
