AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AGREEMENT
DWI ENFORCEMENT OFFICER GRANT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Chief of the Edina Police Department is hereby authorized to execute such
agreements and amendments as are necessary to implement the project on behalf of the Edina Police
Department and to be the fiscal agent and administrator of the grant.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Cou cil of the City of Edina hereby
declares its commitment to enter into a grant agreement with the Minne ota Department of Public
Safety, Minnesota, for the project entitled DWI ENFORCEMENT OFFI GRANT PROGRAM.
