PUBLIC HEARING
THE EDINA CITY COUNCIL will
meet at the Edina City Hall, Council
Chambers, 4801 West 50th Street,
on Wednesday, August 7, 2019, at
7:00 PM, and will at said time and
place consider the following:
Zoning Ordinance Amendment
and Revised Site Plan. 3650 Ha-
zelton, LLC. 3650 Hazelton Road,
Edina, MN. Lot 4, Block 1, YORK-
TOWN, Hennepin County, MN.
Generally located east of France
Avenue and north of Hazelton
Road. Amend the previously ap-
proved PUD, Planned Unit De-
velopment from 19 stories to 18
stories and from 167 units to 185
units. The site plan, building mate-
rials and landscape plan all remain
the same.
All recommendations and objec-
tions will be heard at said meeting.
